For some cases, IOR System does not reflect immediately after transaction happened or after customer paid that’s why we included manual payment on our IOR Online transaction.

How to check PayPal transactions for IOR Company Registration?

Step 1: Log in to PayPal and go to the activity

Step 2: Click any transactions you want to check

Step 3: Check transaction details and check the order details. If the order details are Register IOR and Product Liability Insurance (per year) – this means that the transaction is for IOR Company Registration. 

Step 4:  To check if the system updated this transaction, go to IOR Online account > users

Step 5: Check the custom ID indicated in the PayPal transaction details – Custom ID is the Company ID

Step 6: If you see that company is still unregistered, you have to manually register the company. Click here to know how to Manually register a company under our IOR License.

How to check PayPal transactions for IOR Shipping Fee?

Step 1: Log in to PayPal and go to the activity

Step 2: Click any transactions you want to check.

Step 3: Check transaction details and check the order details. If the order details are IOR Shipping Fee – this means that the transaction is for IOR Shipping Fee. 

Step 4:  To check if the system updated this transaction, go to IOR Online account > Shipping Invoices

Step 5: Check the custom ID indicated in the PayPal transaction details – Custom ID is the Company ID

Step 6: If you see that the shipping invoice is still unpaid, you have to manually pay the Shipping Invoice. Just click the “pay button”   beside the IOR Shipping Invoice Request.
