Our Services
Registered COVUE IOR Users have access to COVUE’s designated Product Return Address Service
How it Works:
- Select the amount of Product Return Storage Space you require. COVUE requires a minimum of 50 cm3.
- Purchase your Product Return Storage Space. A minimum of 1 month is required.
- Your Product Return Storage Space purchase starts when the first product arrives.
- You may cancel service at anytime if you have no products in storage.
- Billing is monthly in advance. Prorated service (less than 1 month) is not possible.
Need to return your products to your home country or supplier? Registered COVUE IOR Users with active designated Product Return Address Service have complete control of their Product Returns.
How it Works:
- Setup a reoccurring Product Return Order from your COVUE ONLINE dashboard.
- COVUE charges a fee for packaging of return product.
- Select your shipping partner or use COVUE’s shipping partner.
- Services are billed your COVUE ONLINE account.
Japan has strict laws for product disposal. Most products must be broken down for recycling or to contain any hazardous material. Registered COVUE IOR Users with active designated Product Return Address Service have complete control of their product disposal.
How it Works:
- Setup a reoccurring Product Disposal Order from your COVUE ONLINE dashboard.
- COVUE charges a fee for disposal. Fees are determined by category compliance.
- Select your Disposal option
- Services are billed your COVUE ONLINE account.
Have a product return that can be repaired? COVUE ONLINE Users with active designated Product Return Address Service have complete control of their product repairs.

If you do not have a COVUE ONLINE account, you will need to register.
COVUE requires all Users of Product Return Services to register their company with COVUE IOR.
If you have a Japan IOR for your regulated products, you may select the non-regulated registration.
- Register your company on COVUE ONLINE
- Select the Product Return Service. (if you are registering a new account for the first time, non-regulated product IOR registration will be added.
- Proceed to Check out.
Note: You will have access to COVUE IOR services as a register User. You may import products under the registration category selected at time of registration.
