COVUE's Technical Assistance Centres (TAC) operate 24 hours (non stop) a day, 7 days per week, 365 Day per year. OEMs may select complete or augmented support. There is no minimum or scale requirement to utilize COVUE TAC. Our services are designed to deliver Best-In-Class (BIC) customer experience while minimizing equipment down time. Our services are delivered by highly trained experienced technical staff with hands-on product knowledge.
COVUE TACs are fully integrated with COVUE field and depot support services for OEMs seeking complete post-sales support. Incoming calls are quickly triaged for remote or onsite Support. All requests are fully documented on COVUE's CRM, providing manufactures a complete customer support picture in real-time.
